The Company’s Board of Directors has a broad mix of skills and experience in mining, finance and management of public companies.

These skills are further complimented by the experience of our Technical Committee and the Project Manager, PYBAR Mining Services Pty Ltd, that have the geological and engineering expertise to assess, acquire, develop and operate small to medium scale mining projects in a professional and cost effective manner.

The Company holds a 100% interest Lucky Draw – EL 6810 and has acquired an 80% interest in Springfield – EL 5991 and Weelah – EL 6309, all located in the Central West corridor of New South Wales on the Lachlan Fold Belt.
