On 24 December 2010 Meridien Resources Limited lodged a Prospectus with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission for the issue of 15,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares at an issue price of 20 cents each to raise a minimum of $3,000,000 (Minimum Subscription). Oversubscriptions of up to a further 10,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares to raise an additional $2,000,000 may also be accepted (Maximum Subscription). 

The Company is currently listed on the National Stock Exchange of Australia and proposes under the Prospectus to become listed on the Australian Securities Exchange.
